So this post is about a month overdue, but better late than never! Little miss P (also known as Piper Grace, Peeps, Pips, Petey) turned ONE on October 5, 2012 :) It has been one crazy year, that little wild child just stormed right into our little family and took us by surprise. We love her, and we can't imagine life without her, obviously! She is so playful, and SO funny. She loves to make people laugh and once you get her going, she is all riled up! She loves to sing, she loves a good pop up book, eats fruit, bread, and cheese (and apparently apple pie which I discovered over the weekend--takes after her daddy!) and loves to walk around the house and find whatever mishap she can get into! She's also very sweet, and though they are not too common, her snuggles are the best! She loves her pink blankie and her chair. She continues to adore our dogs, and her newest favorite thing is to give them treats. She squeals when they lick them right out of her hand. She also likes to pet the horse, and sometimes even goes in the chicken coop with dad to find the eggs. She still takes two naps a day, which mommy is very grateful for.... :)
So to celebrate this sweet little thing's birthday, we went for a a "P is for PINK, PUMPKINS, and PIPER!" Theme. Perfect for a fall birthday! I will say that I have some of the GREATEST friends in the entire world who spent the day before with us getting ready for the party---THANK YOU!! It was a wonderful day that we will always look back on and smile!
